Fish Sauce Chicken Wings
Fish Sauce Party Wings with a hint of honey along with beef broth powder
  • 10 buffalo party wings (make small streaks on wings)
  • 1 bunch onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Korean beef broth powder (can be found at international grocery store)
  • 5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of honey
  • Oil for frying wings
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir vigorously until it can form little thicken liquid.
  2. In a saucepan, heat enough oil and deep fried the wings until golden brown.
  3. Carefully transfer the wings and roll over the sauce and set aside. When all wings are finished, you should have a little bit of left over sauce.
  4. Heat the left over sauce in a skillet over medium high heat and toss the wings in the sauce for about 2 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
