I love me some avocado smoothie!!

Vietnamese avocado smoothie are very popular among Vietnamese coffee places. It features condensed milk, which is typically too sweet and can be a concern for someone who is watching their sugar intake.

Today, I’m introducing you to my version of healthy avocado smoothie. This is my go-to smoothie when I’m feeling under the weather and need to recharge. When you’re a busy mom, you can’t afford to be sick around here. This is a perfect energy booster, for breakfast or any type of day you wanted something refreshing.

Feel free to get creative and top it off with your favorite fruits. I found some dragon fruits at the international supermarket to go along with this smoothie. Back home, these dragon fruits are dirt cheap, I can probably buy a whole basket for like $5, but it is $3 for one dragon fruit here in the US. A girl has to have what a girl craves, right?

You can pretty much add your choice of fruits. Eat it up with a spoon of course  and be revitalized with this healthy avocado smoothie!

Healthy Avocado Smoothie Bowl
 
Save Print
A healthy version of avocado smoothie packed with baby kale, almond milk and your favorite toppings
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 slices of frozen peach
  • 1 handful of baby kale (or spinach)
  • drizzles of honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in serving bowl and top it off with your choice of favorite fruits. Be creative
  3. Drizzles some honey on top and enjoy it with a spoon!
