Instant pot miso Ramen is the perfect weeknight noodles bowl. It’s warming, cozy and comforting. It’s a cold-surviving medicine. It’s flavorful but doesn’t require too much effort to cook thanks to the help of magical instant pot.
The savory broth is a combination of rich chicken stock and ground pork. The broth is also flavors with ginger, two kind of miso paste, rice vinegar. This bowl is soul satisfying and heart –warming and it’s cheaper than the 10 dollars noodles ramen take out. Bring on the cold!!!!
Regular miso ramen broth can take hours on the stovetop. But hello busy weeknight and I do not have 2 hours to spare. In this faster version, I used chicken broth and ground pork to make the process faster. You definitely need to try this instant pot version when you want flavorful broth and in less time.

Instant Pot Miso Ramen
Instant Pot Miso Ramen: quick and delicious ramen, flavor with pork and chicken broth. This version is simple, easy and will satisfy your ramen cravings.
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 thumb size ginger (freshly grated)
- 1/2 white onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup each red miso and white miso
- 2 tablespoons soy bean paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 bundle of ramen noodles
For toppings
- 4 soft boiled eggs
- 1 can 15 oz corn
- salt to taste
- blanched bean sprouts
- roasted seasoned seaweeds
- chopped green onion
Instructions

Set the instant pot to saute setting. Heat oil until hot. Add in garlic, ginger, onion and cook until fragrant.

Add in ground pork, use a spatula to break up the meat into pieces. Cook the meat until it's no longer pink.

Add in soy bean paste, and miso pastes. Mix well to combine with the meat. Season with sugar, rice vinegar, salt to taste.

Pour 8 cups of chicken broth and close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, instant release the pressure.

Boil the noodles according to package instruction. Drain well and toss with a bit of sesame oil.

Divide ramen noodles evenly between bowls. Laddle soup over, top with your desired toppings: boil eggs, bean sprouts, green onions. Enjoy!
