Ever have the dilemma of arriving home from work tired and hungry, but you’re craving real food? And you want it fast. So, what you’re looking for is fast food that’s easy to make and healthy and satisfying all at the same time.

Nothing special, no massive ingredients, just a few things in the pantry and a bag of seafood blend to make it happen.

2 plates of seafood diablo

This super delicious seafood diablo is the courtesy of the Yard House, which has great food along with drinks. The Yard House serves the perfect seafood pasta using black spaghetti. I’ve tried the black spaghetti version but it was a little dry for our taste. So I switched it up and used regular spaghetti.

The pasta sauce is a combination of spicy jalapenos, sweet white wine, creamy butter and sour tomato sauce. Then we toss in our favorite pasta in the mixture. The sauce mixture is a so yummy that you want to lick the whole plate.

One ingredient that I don’t recommend in skipping is white wine. The white wine makes this pasta shine and punch of flavors, so don’t skip it friends. You can substitute with broth if you don’t like white wine.

This seafood diablo will surely fit all the category: real food when you need it quick with the least effort, and even to the fancy homemade dinner date. You name it.  It’s perfect to cook up on a busy weeknight but still fancy enough to have company over for a fancy dinner.
