Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla protein (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place spinach, milk, yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add less milk if you like the smoothie on a thicker side. If using fresh fruits, add 2,3 ice cubes to the smoothie.
