I love a good old ice coffee during the hot summer months, especially around this time of year. And since I’m up by 5AM most of the days, I really need my caffeine fix before starting my day. My favorite is Vietnamese iced coffee!

Vietnamese iced coffee with bold and strong flavors, serve over condense milk. You need this coffee in your life ASAP.

Vietnamese coffee or Ca Phe Sua Da have strong, bold, intense flavors, when mixed with sweeten condense milk will create an unforgettable beverage. It will keep you alert with all that caffeine for sure. We drink it for breakfast, lunch, brunch and in between breaks.

Vietnamese iced coffee used medium coarse ground dark roast coffee with a metal coffee filter called “phin”. After hot water is added to the filter, the filter will drop coffee slowly into a cup. We serve coffee with condense milk, and over ice.

The sweet, thick and strong coffee is balanced out with condense milk, resulting a strong, refreshing beverage. It’s creamy, sweet and intense flavors.

An alternative to a coffee metal filter is you can use your coffee maker. Just be sure to use dark roast. Café Du Monde is a popular brand to use here.

If you are a coffee lover and into strong flavors like me, this Vietnamese iced coffee is a must try!
