Shrimp tacos packed with tons of Asian flavors: red pepper paste, paprika and serve along a cilantro lime slaw. Totally Delicious!
Place all sauce ingredients except oil and sour cream in the food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add in olive oil and sour cream. Give it another pulse until combine. Refrigerate for later use.
In a small bowl, combine water and hot red pepper paste. Mix well until paste is smooth. Set aside.
Wash the shrimps and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkles the shrimps with garlic powder, salt, paprika.
Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Toss in the shrimps and saute for about 3 minutes. Drizzles the hot pepper paste mixture over and cook for another 3 minutes, until shrimps are well coated and cooked through.
In a salad bowl, place some red cabbage and coated with some of the cilantro lime dressing.
Warm the tortilla on a small skillet over medium heat for a few seconds. Place some spicy shrimps on top, drizzles some of the dressing, the top off with some red cabbage slaw.
