A satisfying dinner that can be ready in 20 minutes, this salmon with everything bagel is easy to prepare. The salmon filets are seared on a skillet with butter and everything bagel seasoning. Serve with home-made salad or pair with your favorite steam vegetables.
Wash the salmon and pat dry with paper towel.
Sprinkles salt, pepper, garlic powder over the salmon. Sprinkles everything seasoning on the skinless side of the salmon filets, press to coat evenly.
On a medium skillet over medium high heat, toss in butter until melted. Add salmon, skin-side down and sear for 4 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cook until garlic is fragrant. Remove garlic to a plate for topping later.
After 4 minutes, carefully flip salmon to cook on the other side. Sear for 4 minutes, until salmon is flaky and no longer pink. Be careful not to overcook.
If desire, remove skin and serve with your favorite salad or steam vegetables. Top off with fried garlic. Enjoy!
